On my new EMF 390 V2, the meter needle stays pegged at 0 In vertical mode. It occasionally jumps just a bit but doesn’t reflect the EF readings in V/m which digitally change about every second. Is there a setting I’m missing somewhere?

Dear EMFDEV,
I hadn’t checked on this, but now I looked for your email on 8/14/2020 and didn’t receive it. Could you please resend the update to me at ahajde2@comcast.net?
Thanks,
Aron
