Posted - 04/04/2022 : 14:54:11 I've done everything instructed on trying to get the software to work on my imac. 2017, all I keep getting is an icon that is grayed out that says EMFPRO. When I click on it I get "the application "emfpro" can't be opened. Well I did all that was instructed with drivers, etc. nothing. Same on Windows. Can't get any of the software to work. Any tutorials on step by step so I can use this? Any suggestions? Thanks. |

Posted - 04/05/2022 : 10:57:54 Well, not totally sure exactly what I did, but I got it to work. It's working with windows 10 using paralells on my imac. I had to go under paralells options to state that windows can use my usb. Voila. |

Posted - 04/04/2022 : 16:28:19 Well I'm so used to having Paralells I forgot to mention I'm using windows 10 on my mac through paralells. Trying to get it to work on the imac would be ideal. I'm not super savvy on computers, but I know a little, and can follow tutorials quite well. I have the imac 2017 and a mac mini with the m1 chip. Can't get either to work. I must be missing a step or something. Thanks for your prompt reply.
