I bought a GQ EMF-390 on 9th July 2020.
1). Where do I find its serial number? Please answer here; I can't find it on this website.
2). How do I get free firmware updates? Exact website? Are these important & frequent?
3). What exact cable do I need for updates? I have USB-A & C sockets for my MacBook.
4). What is the circular hole for on the side of the device?
These are very basic question which are not answered elsewhere. Thank you in advance. |

Hi Trevor,
1. It is under Main Menu->About->Serial #.
2. You need to send support@gqelectronicsllc.com or me an email with your serial number.
3. The cable included with the device can be used standard USB cable. And a PC (updates does not support Mac at the moment).
4. That is currently no use at the moment. |
