After identifying a microwave band of frequencies being illegally emitted from a Rife machine located in a neighbors's house, I need to block or scramble 2.450 GHZ to 2.457 GHZ. The GQ 390 shows those frequencies are being emitted at intensities up to 5 nW 24 hours a day. It's causing me a stiff neck and headaches (among other symptoms) every day. I understand that the Rife machine and/or the house its in is ungrounded allowing broadcast to a large area outside its location. Can a jammer be used to block or scramble those frequencies? Any other suggestions?

Here are a couple of very interesting pages of Rife Frequencies.

At first glance, there is nothing higher than 3.3Mhz and that
was the carrier. Most effective frequencies are very low.

If you're sure it's not just wifi, try to shield 1 side of your house with grounded aluminum foil?

Most Jammers work by transmitting the same frequency as the
signal you wish to block,so not much help, demodulated at least.
Looks like wifi no ?
and how do you unground a house ?

Hi jdx74, are you certain that the signal is coming from your neighbor's? Have you done more testing? Like go elsewhere were you can't detect that signal?
