I'm a little disappointed, I thought I would be able to use the application to download data from the meter which had been measured a while before. As far as I can tell this is not possible. There is no save feature on the meter. As my only windows machine is a desktop and my only mobile computer is a Mac I can't capture data on the application unless it is within a meter of my desktop.

Will there ever be a Mac version of the application?

Yes, my fault, there is a save option. Oops!

It won't be available for MAC anytime soon.

Can you please check the model under About settings? Might need to contact support for replacement.

Hi bobinski, can you please check on the main menu if you have the "Save Data" option?

I would have edited my post, but can't see if that feature is available.

When the meter is connected to my desktop I get large EF values which means that it obscures whatever I was trying to measure!
