Hi. I got the EMF-390 today. I am a basic user. How do I start looking for hidden cams and bugs?

HF or RF?

Thank you.

make sure to turn off all electronics devices that produces EMF/RF (turn off the braker). Then start to scan the area. This does not work if your area has high EMF / RF ambient radiation e.g. they have strong wifi or you are close to high voltage power lines or cell tower.
