I've been very satisfied with my GQ EMF-390. I haven't had any issues with the display until the other day. I turned it on, and noticed that half of the matrix LCD display no longer was displaying anything. Specifically, if I'm looking at the device with the logo closest to me then draw a line in the middle of the display and the right side no longer shows dark pixels. The backlight works, just none of the pixels work any longer.
Is it possible to repair the display?

I think the LCD needs to be replaced. Contact support to get RMA instructions.
