Hello and Thank you for All of your help in the past. I Have found out today that the counter that was sold to me is a GMC-500 and not the plus version the seller i purchased from on Amazon must have tampered with the unit as i see the 500 does not have 2 tubes yet this unit has 2 tubes installed it was sold as a 500+ unit but i have done another factory reset and it now says it is a 500 not the plus version so the seller must have put another tube in the unit and sold it to me as a GMC-500+ When in fact it is a 500 just with an extra tube that probably does not work |

It is Not your Fault. But thank you for all your Help, i Purchased it from Amazon, so it will be covered for the free return and replacement.

Indeed there is no tube selection. I already made the firmware because I suspect that there is wrong firmware downloaded but just want to make sure the serial number on my part is correct. Can you please double check the Main Menu -> About -> Model? and also Main Menu -> About -> Revision? Thank you so much! |

That is weird. What did you mean "It only say about tube"?
Did you see the Tube Settings Menu under Init Setup? Can you list the options under it? Thanks. |

The wifi works fine it sends data and when i look on map it also shows the location and data but i see no option to switch tube |

Can you please email me the serial number under Main Menu -> About -> Serial number so I can check? And also please check on the back there are two windows to see the tubes. One is transparent and one is black. Do you see both? |

Yes but there is no option in the menu to select the other tube it only say about tube no selection

Tube selection is on Main Menu -> Init Setup -> Tube Settings -> Tube Selection. |

To Be Honest with you i think i have been sold the wrong item is says GMC 500 + it has 2 tubes but no option to switch between tubes

I Purchased via Amazon so i am now thinking of returning it as i dont believe i have been sold the correct item
