Hi,
I've paid for the DataLogger Pro before in 2017 and used on my previous laptop without issue. I've installed on my new laptop and it won't register, it says 'Over registration limit', so I can only assume it thinks I'm running multiple copies, which I am not.
I don't mind paying a small fee to reset, but I don't want to have to purchase again.
Can anything be done please ?
