I made a mistake in the type of tube my detector is using but now that I know the correct one it will not save when I edit the tube info in "Manage Device" |

I noticed another problem here. The serial # field is 1 character short. Did amateurs design this site? With the various things I noticed about my detector and the website, at this point can I trust this unit being accurate? |

I agree with EmfDev, mine is also saving, 7 characters maximum.
Just make sure you are entering dash, number and English characters only. Maybe the database will not save "invalid" characters. |
