Posted - 04/12/2026 : 05:01:35 I've tried creating an account multiple times, but it's not possible. I've tried on several devices and browsers (PC, Mac, iPad, Opera, Edge).
I enter my email address, password, confirm my password, and select my location. I check the box next to "I agree to terms and conditions" and click "submit."
Then I end up on a blank page every time, displaying an "error" message (see screenshot).

Can anyone help me? |

It would be great if you could let us know here if you hear anything from support. It seems to be a server issue. Now different error messages are being displayed:
