hi my problei is cant loggin to counterworldmap on server in my GMC500+, i put my Accound ID and after Couter ID but can entered last 2 digit E0, and after testing have error - invalid counter.
I try it with GMC data logger and have same problem - your counter cant be check and data log canbe send.
i buy it from amazon last week and have GMC500+ fw 2.22

Hi grinya2ita, like Plot25dmc said, have you already created an account in www.gmcmap.com? You need to create an account in the map then add your GMC500+. |

Under ‘my account’ it should say ‘manage geiger counter’. Click on that and then add a new device. Once thats done it will give you your geiger counter id. |

in gmc.map in my profile cant see label to insert serial number, only see Accound ID, where i can see Geiger Counter id number? yes i put in Counter Id - my serial number. How i can add my geiger counter to my profile? thanks

Sounds like your trying to enter your serial number rather than your Geiger Counter id number.
Once you get an account on the World Map website you then need to add your Geiger Counter to your account, once you add it you will be given a number for it. |
