Posted - 07/20/2019 : 13:58:31 Speaker does not re-mute after alarm event.
To reproduce:
Set speaker to off. Cause Alarm to go off. Wait for alarm to stop. Note the speaker is now ON.

I vote for fixing it. However, it could become a feature if it was optioned as such. Ie. A toggle such as: 'Speaker returns to last state after alarm? yes/no'
I mount mine in the attic where it receives fresh outdoor air. I can hear the alarm within the house still. However it is massively inconvenient to me to have to climb into the attic and re-mute the speaker any time there is a spike. |

Posted - 07/24/2019 : 15:35:06 The fix we found so far produces another problem when adjusting the alarm...It doesn't turn on the ticks but sometimes it won't beep when adjusting the alarm. |

Posted - 07/24/2019 : 10:53:07 Attention, if you want to fix the bug with the GMC500 with a new firmware, then please make sure that even when changing the alarm volume, the speaker will be also activated, although this is off !!! |

Posted - 07/23/2019 : 13:53:46 It is pretty weird. We found a fix on 500/+ but not yet on 300/320+. But maybe this one will be kept anyway. It's kinda helpful and easier to figure out that the alarm went off as you said. |

Hahaha, then you have no work with it. No, I think it's better if the bug is fixed and the speaker is muted again after an alarm. That would be normal. Strange is just that nobody else noticed. |

Posted - 07/23/2019 : 09:47:38 That's nice, but I think the bug will affect several models because both of my devices are new and have this bug. That's why I thought before, it was deliberately programmed that way. |

Posted - 07/22/2019 : 10:39:28 We will check it and I will post here if there's a new firmware update. |

If it's a bug and it's fixed, how do we get to the corrected version? |

Posted - 07/22/2019 : 09:18:18 This is unintended and seems to be a bug it looks like it does turn on the speaker. Will implement a fix on the next update. |

Posted - 07/20/2019 : 23:52:20 I also have this with both GMC 320+ V5 and GMC 500+ devices. Both devices have the latest firmware. I think it's not a bug, it's a feature. Because if the device sounds an alarm and you are not at home, you can hear later on the speaker that an alarm has previously occurred. |
