I just changed my computer to a Dell Inspiron windows 10 (64bit version) and cannot get it to connect to my GMC320 plus unit.
Have tried combinations of baud rate, cables and ports without success.
Using the win 10 device manager to examine the state of the com port driver etc, it indicates a " Prolific USB driver (COM3)" is installed with the device status shown by the following message:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
A device which does not exist was specified."
Any idea what this means and what to do about it?

Hi,
The new driver worked for me eventually: I have both data viewer and data logger programs programs working now. Thanks very much to ZLM for supplying the download link.
For compatibility info, my model is a GM 320 Plus, Revision 3.20, S/No:03011E007364.
Data Viewer program is V2.30.
Datalogger program is v5.52
Running under win 10 (64 bit)

I didn't found any COM port in my Win10 64bit installation ...
