Posted - 07/24/2014 : 04:35:40 Hi,
I've got a GMC-300 Re 2.36 connected to a Windows 7 (32bit) machine. The data VIEWER works ok, but the Data LOGGER (what I really want to use), doesn't seem to work right.
The screenshot probably speaks for all the issues rather than me typing them out:

Posted - 08/01/2014 : 06:05:00 Hi ZLM. Thanks for the link.
The radio buttons down the side of the page are now visible, but do nothing. There's no data displayed as before, other than the graph that seems to work ok.
Any other ideas? |

Posted - 07/25/2014 : 13:41:30 The registration solves Demo issue, not the display problem.
There are Graph offset parameters you can set from the menu Setting->Display. This should fix the graph not in position problem.

Posted - 07/25/2014 : 03:48:04 So if I register it, it'll work properly? Or is that not what you're saying?
What are the recommended resolution/font settings? This is a pretty much dedicated machine for the purpose so can be set to anything... thank you |

Posted - 07/24/2014 : 20:09:58 The Data Logger PRO is not the part of GMC-300 package. It needs to be registered.
This is why you only can get Demo Only Software.
Also, the picture seems has the display problem too. That is related to the Windows reslution/font settings. |
