Could you please provide the approximate milliamp requirements for the gmc-300 for normal background radiation (e.g. 30 cpm) using the 4011 tube:
i. display, backlight and audio on
ii. display and backlight off, audio on
iii. display, backlight and audio off.

Also, is there enough room in the unit to install a LND 7317?

Thank you.

Expensive GM stuff. The higher voltage may come with a higher milliamp requirement and more stress on the GMC-300 power supply as you would be at the end of its range.

You are lucky that the 7317 is a low voltage pancake tube. Mine is a St Gobain and needs 900V!

No. There is no enough space for this tube in the case. But you may think to stick the pancake on the outside of the enclosure (back).

Thank you.

The LND 7317 is a pancake detector with a large mica window and is round with a length of 76.1 mm, diameter of 53.6 mm and thickness of 12.7 mm. The only way I see it to fit is under the board. Is there enough clearance under the board?

i, display, backlight and audio on 14mA
ii. display and backlight off, audio on 12mA
iii. display, backlight and audio off. 12mA
iv. power saving mode.(display off, backlight off and audio off) 9mA

I do not have LND 7317 size information. But it should be able to fit if its length less than 95mm.
