In order to download the data and replay it on GQ Data Viewer software, the following steps are needed:

1. you have enough saved data in the GMC-300 for downloading. Example, you have turned on Every Second data saving mode for more than two hours. The longer, the better.
2. the USB driver is installed correctly. Connect the GMC-300 to computer USB port, you should be able to see the USB driver loaded and comport number in Windows device manager. See user guide, there is an example of USB driver verification.
3. the GMC Data Viewer software is installed correctly and it can be started normally.
4. a correct comport is selected in the Data viewer software.
5. click on ¡°Download¡± button and then start to download the history data.
6. once download is completed, you can click ¡°Play¡± button to play the history data.
