I have the serial-USB driver installed
I have the viewer installed.
I select COM3 and it says that it was opened.
I press Download and accept the file name and location.
Progress bar appears and download appears to complete.
Log says "Data saved to ..." and "downloading complete"
I select File->Load and the file that was just downloaded.
Log says "data loaded"
Top of viewer says "No Data! CPM:-"
The graph shows a trace for 60 seconds and it is always the same, regardless of which file I load.
Viewer seems not to work.

Also, in file selection box, only file type offered is *.bin so you have to type in file name.
Also, viewer does not install itself; it always starts with defaults and doesn't remember settings.

Please help
Thanks

If you never see the data, then your GMC-300 need a "Factory reset". That because for some reason the data may be recorded from middle of the flash memory of GMC-300. The software loaded the data file but it did not see the data at the begining of the file.

The "Factory reset" will reset the data recording position to the begining of the memory.

Select save data "Every Second", wait for 30 minutes. Then you can download the data into software. Software should see that data.

Note: the "Factory reset" will erase all data in flash and start from begining of the memory.
