Hi folks. Took my GMC-80 with me on a flight to Alaska recently. No problems with the TSA. Didn't even ask about it. At home I normally get 25-30 cpm with the M4011 tube. In flight at 39,000 it was clicking so fast I couldn't count them, but it had to be over 120 cpm. I wish I had taken another unit with a display so I could have gotten some numbers to compare with home at 1800 feet. Merry Christmas to all! |

Will that be an analog or digital display? I've a small Russian gc that has a row of leds that illuminate to show radiation levels. I realize that is old technology but it works. Any idea when they will be available? |
