any tips? The software is so basic I am not sure why it needs to lose calibration and sensitivity settings when I exit.

This is my registry data.
Download Attachment:  GMCProWin7.reg

Download this file and double click it in Windows 7. This will let Windows 7 to import this registry data.
The software should see those data when it is runing. |

Check your Windows anti-virus settings. Turn the anti-virus software off and try.
Something blocks software to access the registry. Normally it is the anti-virus software.
All settings stored into the Windows registry system. |

Anything on this? Support is not answering emails neither.
I would appreciate it if somebody can give us a hand here. It is cool and all to see a light blinking, but I still want graphics with readings. Help please? |

Same here, and I am using Windows 7 64
No matter how many times I set the settings, I can't save them. Anytime I restart the software it simply goes back to default. On top of that, every time I click "stop", then "start", the software closes itself with an error.
I can't do much without the software, really. Hopefully we can find a solution. |

not sure why it loses on your computer. My Windows & 64 bit works just fine. |

The settings are saved in the windows registry. The XP64 used different registry location. The windows may blocked the registry change by a 32bit software.
