CQ GMC-800 rel. 1.13 the clock counts 4-6 seconds for every actual second

thanks for the suggestion, I wrote to technical support, I hope they will answer me as soon as possible.

If clock runs 4-6 seconds per second, it is defective and needs to be replaced/serviced. Please contact support for warranty.
