I've just installed the software on my PC Windows 11, lauch the app, the screen attached appear with the error. On the device the simbol of the USB connection is on.
Could you pleasehelp me understanding what is wrong. Thanks

need to confirm the comport number.
Using Device Manager to find the port number with name: USB-Serial CH340(COMX)
