I purchased 500+ in june 2023. However whereas the tube 1 at 38.67 % displays a voltage of 414 V that of tube 2 at 36.67 % gives CPM of 1PM and 12 V. What is the problem? After opening the casing the tube 2 appears a small around an inch or so object wrapped up in a black casing.
Factory default was set.
A slow decrease in voltage to 12 V is noticed after swirching from tube 1 to 2. Probably power capacitor leaking through a RC network.

Thanks. What is the working threshold?
