Hi everybody!

I configured Wifi on my GMC320+V5 and everything seems to be alright : it uploads on GMCMap.

But when I look at my data history on the website, no date appears : the column is empty. See the pic attached.

Does someone know why?

Thank you for your help!

Did you set the date and time correctly with your GMC 320 + V5?

Strange, then I do not know where the mistake is. Have you ever tried to connect the GMC 320+ via USB and the Data Viewer? Via the Data Viewer you can also send the data to the World Map Server. If there are problems, then you can do a factory reset on the device. Then it should work it via wifi too. I hope it helps.

Hi gabortoulouse, can you please copy paste the link without your GEIGER COUNTER ID for this page? Looks like there's something different like the GMC:00 that's suppose to be GMC-7:00. Thanks.

Hi guys,
Thank you for your help.

@Geo-Johnny :
Reseting the device did not change anything.
I did not try to send data using the software. It seems to be so... hum... a bit buggy and anti-ergonomic I'll say ;-)

@EmfDev :
I'm not sure what u mean in "can you please copy paste the link without your GEIGER COUNTER ID for this page?"
May you want the page where there's history data?
Here is the link, without my ID :
h**p://www.gmcmap.com/historyData.asp?Param_ID=

Any idea?

I live in France.

Thank you.

[EDIT2]
I found : the problem is that the location on my profile disappears...
I do not know why.
Sometimes, it is ok, and sometimes, I must go back to my profile to write it again...
Very strange...

[EDIT1]
The problem appeared again. I did not touch anything on the device.
Before going to bed, I had a look at the page... and no date!
I dont know what I must think...

So, the problem seems to be on the website, not on my device...

Problem solved.
Now, the date appears on ALL the data on the website, even old data... And WiFi data are always transmitted without problem.

I did 2 things, so I do not know the one who solved the problem.

1 - I modified the date on the device, putting the real time minus some seconds (the device was some seconds in the future)...

2 - I connected the device using USB on my PC, launched GQ GMC Data Viewer -> Setting -> Geiger Counter World Map -> click "Enable auto submit" -> OK

I thank you again for your help.

Have a nice day!

That's weird, the data being sent to the server has nothing to do with the time on the unit.
The data looks something like this h**p://www.GMCmap.com/log2.asp?AID=0230111&GID=0034021&CPM=15&ACPM=13.2&uSV=0.075
so it looks like the problem is in the server.
