When I enter my email address and the serial number and click the "register" button, nothing happens.

You should be able to see www.GQElectronicsLLC.com. If not, check your Windows internet connection. Antivirus software etc.

In the help for the software it says "If you have the hardware unit, then you can find the serial number in the unit" How do I get it? How is it formated? I have a GMC-300E Plus. In the menu under "Other" is a Serial # F48***
When I enter the hole number I don't get any reaction from the software.

The GMC-300 comes with Data Viewer software. And it does not need registration.

The GMC-300 standard package does not include the Data Logger PRO software. And this software need a registration.

I tried to register using Windows 10 and GQ GMC Data Logger V5.56. I get same problem. I have set Windows inbound and outbound rules to allow this software to go thru Windows Defender Firewall for executable file located at %ProgramFiles% (x86)\GQ Geiger Counter Data Logger PRO\GQGMCounterPRO.exe I still cannot achieve registration.

GMC Data Logger V5.56 is a pro software, you have to purchase it and get a serial number in order to register.

If you already purchased it. Then you can try booting your computer in "safe mode" and then try to register with the
purchased serial number.
