Hello,

I was playing around with the GQ GMC Data Viewer App, and tried to use it to set my WiFi settings, and in the process it appears to have wiped out my alarm, LED, and other settings.

So I did a factory reset, and tried to load the settings from the device, and everything is set to zero.

Can anyone help me?

Everything currently reads zero. Did I lose the factory calibration?

Also, no matter what data I enter in "configuration" screen, it never seems to set WiFi SSID, password, etc.

Something seems very wrong.

Oh, nevermind - I had cancelled that factory reset by accident, and I actually completed one and now it works again!

When you do a factory reset, it is not instantaneous, so you shouldn't move into another item. When you click factory reset, it takes few seconds then it will do it, in the meanwhile you HAVE to be on that screen otherwise it will consider it as a cancelled action
