Hi I purchased the GQ Gmc 500+. I cannot get it to turn on to a “main screen”. It just beeps, and a green light is blinking. I held the s4 key (power button) on for 3 seconds, its doing nothing. Please help before I send back as faulty.

Hi Kamassey908,

To fix this, you need to open the case and reattach/clean/blow the LCD module. You can see how it is done in this video:

This will not void your warranty and still able to send back if it does not work.
