First post here. Hi all
I got one 500+ from ebay USA , I live in Brazil. The unit never worked. tried some resets but get all same error message. High voltage failed. firware is 2.14 . serial # 37313370184320. Is there anything I could do locally?? sendind the unit back to USA is not an option because of transportation costs. Perhaps an firware update.... how do I proceed??
Also if I need to fix some internal componnt...which one one to look at?? tks in advance . carlos

Hi Drcbrito, is this unit from our GQ Store on ebay and not third party? I have replied your email to support.

it was from an ebay reseller. he was nice to me an offered me an exchange but the unit is in Brazil making exchange cost prohibited because of transportation costs.
I will make the tests you ask for and let you know asap . tks for the response.
