I'm unable to connect my GMC-320+, rev 3.28 to my Win 10, 64 bit machine. I installed Viewer version 2.35, uninstalled the old driver, installed the new driver, CH341SER.EXE, and restarted the machine, yet continue to get the message, "Device not detected".

When I look at Driver properties, it says, "This device cannot start. (Code 10) A device which does not exist was specified."


I was able to set up the viewer on my old XP machine, and the device was detected just fine.

Any suggestions to get this to work on my Win10 machine?

Try to remove the driver again and reinstall it.
