I got a GMC-080 but it has no speaker.

The LED seems to work OK.

What are the specifications for the speaker so
that I can put one in?

Regular speaker with 8-100 ohm resistance.

Hm... ZLM, Now I am pretty sure you're not working for GQ, because otherwise you would've offered to send at least another speaker to him.
