Hi There! :)

My GMC has a problem with computing the averages of timed-counts. It just shows the ySv/h and mR/h just measured, like what you see in text-screen. :/ The average CPM in this timed-counts-screen seems to work. Although at longer measurements >30min it appears to change too quickly and by too much at once.

Another problem I experienced is the average CPM in the text-screen goes up to about 600 and then drops down to 0 over and over again, if the source creates a high amount of CPM. At 11500cpm it flashes so quickly up and down that it wobbles around 200. :(

The next problem is swiveling does not work. The option does not change and turning the device doesn't rotate screen. :(

It's firmware version 4.09, as stated earlier. The newest I think.

Does anyone have a fix for any of that? I live in Germany so shipping to GQ is not a good idea.

Thanks!

The 300E+ doesn't have a gyroscope so automatic rotating of the screen when the unit is held upside down is impossible. Only the 320+ can do that. The 320+ has 3 swivel settings: Auto, Normal and Swivel. The 300E+ should have only 2 settings: Normal and Swivel.

Oh. Ok.
So, mine does have only normal. Why is that?

Update: the average CPM value is correct, I got that wrong.
But the average ySv/h are super-kaputt
