Hi, My new GMC320Plus unit arrived so I downloaded the Data Logger Pro software (version 5.37) after paying via PayPal. But I have been unable to complete registering the software.
My computer is Win 7 64 bit and the Antivirus software is OFF. There is broadband connection to the internet. I have entered my email address and the serial number as displayed by the GMC 320Plus menu option "About". But nothing happens when I click the "Register" button.
There is also a bar code number on shown the label at the back of the GMC 320Plus. I tried that instead but it made no difference.
Hope someone can help on this |
