I just bought this meter and I was wondering if the temperature and/or the gyroscope readings are also datalogged? This would be a handy feature and since the unit is already equipped with these detectors, it seems it would be easy to have them datalogged along with the radiation readings? Let me know if this occurs or if it would be possible to do.

currently the GMC-300 does not log the temperature and gyroscope data. It is possible to implement a PC softwaer to do the realtime logging. Also, the firmware also can add this feature in the future.

OK, so it's almost 6 years later. Has temp/gyro data been added to the standalone datalogging the units (3x0 series, 500 series) do? Has the firmware been upgraded to do this?

The manual for the 500 just says you can call it up on the display and query the current X, Y, Z.

Thanks,
WV

The wv, as far as I know, they're not added to the datalogging feature, still just the CPM. And the GMC500 series doesn't have a temperature sensor.
