Hi,

Are there any other software other than the official GQ ones able to work with the GMC-300 ? Most logging softwares work with the soundcard but GMC-300 has no audio output.

What I want to do :

- Logging and display CPM in real-time, with max value, min value and mean value (integration time for mean value should be adjustable for example 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 3 min average)

- Counting desintegrations for a given period of time for low activity samples such as Lo-Salt. For example counting desintegrations over a 5 min or 30 min period. I know I can stop and start the GMC-300 and count total pulses, but for measure it is less precise and not user-friendly. A software that would start a x minutes count in one click would be way more easy (or a firmware update with this new fonction)

Thanks :)

There are someother software available, see software download page.

The sound card type of data colletion only works well on low count. It does not work well in high count CPM.
