As I know the GMC-300 is on pre-order now. All orders should be shipped in next week. Please write email to support@gqelectronicsllc.com for your particular order status.

What do you means by "increase slowly"?
What is your back ground rading minimume to maximume? does it consistent over the time?

For example, the actual radiation is 5uSv/h, slowly increased to 5.not once become 5.When there is no radiation, is slowly reduced to background radiation value

Step value is too small, to show 5 uSv/h to slowly growth.the actual radiation is 5uSv/h,Growth of 5uSv/h take a few minutes.

OK. What is the maximume value you got?

The backgroud reading has no fixed value. It always change within a range. It normally in 0.02uSv/h-0.2uSv/h.

If you got 5uSv/h backgroud, then it is high radiation background.

Battery problem? You can change to a good 9V rechageable battery. The battery is NiMH 9V with 8.4V norminal voltage.
