For some reason I cannot run both at the same time. Any tips pls?

If they are using same software, then the software only can communicate with one of them.

there is different software suplied with both. One uses the USB/COM3 (the GMC300) and my GMC200 uses the audio output. Any suggestions? Win7, with sub-par amateur PC and software skills!

MEANT to mention: Basically only the GMC300 software works. The GMC200 audio software does nothing with my GMC200 plugged in via audio input. Help?! :-)

You can use GMC-200 with USB connection at same time with GMC-300. As long as they are on different comport, then you can run the two copies of the software at same time.
