GMC 500+ has recently stopped counting when unit is plugged in and powered. It counts with battery power but not when externally powered. Tried 3 different cables, outlets and no change.

NOW it cannot shut off when power button is held down. Have to take battery out.

ALSO realized the clock is now running slow.

Current firmware: 1.12

Any advice?

that is weird. you may need to send it back for service.

also try increasing the tube voltage. or do a factory reset first.

I’m running into multiple issues with my GMC 500+:

It stops counting when plugged into external power (works fine on battery).

Tried different cables/outlets, but no improvement.

Now it won’t shut off when holding the power button—only way is removing the battery.

The internal clock has also started running slow.

Current firmware: 1.12.

Has anyone experienced this before, and could it be a firmware or hardware fault? Any troubleshooting steps or fixes would be appreciated.
