My GMC-320 Plus shows 0 CPM 0.000mR/h.
I have power cycled it and done a factory reset. I have a GMC-300E next to it that is reading an avg of 14 CPM.
Is it dead or are there things I can try to restore it?

Hi raybo, seems like it's tube related issues. Are you able to check voltage between the tubes?
If not, then please contact customer support at support@gqelectronicsllc.com for service.
