Hello,

My GMC320+ is submitting good data via wifi for now (other than the ACPM which is still decreasing very slowly, strange bug), but i've noticed it 'loses' connection and fails to upload data periodically, now it is at least once per day. I have to manually press "Test Server" to get it to restart sending data. I am ~10ft from the router and have no other WiFi issues. Is this possibly an error on the server end of the system, or is it only my side? Anyone else having this issue? Any workarounds? Thanks, MNRAD

Info: Updates have been steady every minute since I wrote my last post sept 1st about instability - so far this looks good :-)

Don't know if any changes have been made to the server?

Sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like it starts to happen once it didn't receive a response from server.

can add that i also have exactly the same problem. (GMC-320V5+)

We are still trying to figure out the cause of this. It's also hard to test because of memory issues for 320V5+.

Hello!

I do have exactly the same problem.

Suddenly, at random time, upload of data stops.

I just power off/on the GMC320+ and it starts again to send data... until next time.

I do not have any problem with other devices. Thank you for your help and fix ;-)

Just asked something who's testing it and said that it really does stop after a certain time. We will keep investigating about this issue and will find a fix.

Hi emfdev, yes, it it continuously powered via usb from a USB outlet. I'm not aware of a WiFi timeout, but I can look into that. Sometimes it'll be 12 hours, 24 hours, 7 days or something in between, so im not noticing a consistent disconnection time.

Hi mnrad, is your GMC320+ connected to a power cable? Or does your WiFi have a timeout for connected devices?
