Hi ! Is there a way to erase the memory with the GMC-300 (not GMC-300 E Plus) ?

Your GMC-300 is V2. Only V4 has this feature.

Yes. Do factory reset from main menu. The Factory Reset is a submenu of Init Setup.
OR You ease data from Save Data menu -> Erase Saved Data
