Hello, I've written an email to support@gqelectronicsllc.com to ask to have the firmware for emf390 ma none has answered.
How can I get the firmware ?

Hi lewis, if support usually replies within 1 day but if you sent the email during the weekend it might take longer.

You can email me your serial number via my profile so I can generate your firmware update. Thanks!
