Hello,

My 390 V2 Rev 3.75 takes approximately 30 minutes to download it's memory on to my PC. It has always been like this since I got it back in 2024 but has never really been an issue. I'm more curious is this is how it is supposed to be/by design or something else. I recall the manual or website stating it should take less than 5 minutes.

I have tried multiple USB cables. Downloading with the unit on and off. This last time is a completely brand new PC, and in all settings it takes around 30 minutes. I timed it a little and it will transfer around 4k in 7 seconds.

I made a video showing the download progress and you can see it take around 30 minutes. The 390 menus when viewed in the PC software are slow too, but again, I am unsure if this is normal or not. And it never fails, just takes a while.

If anyone can shed any light on this I would be grateful.
