Hello friends from GQ Electronics and friends on the forum,
I'm excited to see new models including GQ GMC-520 and GQ GMC-520+ from GQ Electronics. These models include carbon dioxide and TVOC (on GQ GMC-520) and HCHO (on GQ GMC-520+). The accuracy of carbon dioxide is clearly indicated in the manuals. However, the accuracy of HCHO is not stated. Please, help me with the following questions:
1. What is the accuracy of HCHO sensor?
2. What is the selectivity of HCHO sensor? In other words, will this sensor give false signal in the presence of other gases like ethanol, benzene, etc...? (I have a formaldehyde monitor, it always shows high HCHO level when put nearly ethanol bottles, so I'm concerned if this kind of HCHO sensor gives the same false signal).

I believe all commercial level HCHO sensors are not able to distinguish between HCHO and ethanol.

This one has same as others. It will give the alarm for both gas.
