Posted - 07/13/2017 : 23:03:26 Hi All. I am hoping that someone can give me guidance as to what could cause this As per my previous post my GQ was reading in the thousands. ZLM recommended I get GQ to send me a replacement tube. They agreed that he was correct and were happy to send me a replacement. Almost 2 months later (post to South Africa is ridiculous) it arrived and I replaced the tube. However, the new readings are now an ACPM of between 1.9 and 3 at 100 minute counts. Where is the background radiation of 20-30? Is there a setting on the GQ 320-Plus to set sensitivity, or have I received a dud Tube, or is the whole counter faulty?
