Posted - 01/26/2017 : 19:21:16 I am new to the group. My name is Greg Clemmer, I live on the Olympic pennisula in Washington state. I am on the Windows Insider program and I am always running the latest version of 10. The device monitor does not have any information on com ports to alocate to the program. I have not been able to get the radiation detector to talkback even though I registered the software. Any suggestions would be helpful. I installed the usb drivers then pluged in the unit and then launched the software. Thanks for any help

Posted - 01/26/2017 : 20:18:14 I figured out the cure. I set the geiger unit to use mike lines through usb and got instant feed. I had tried opening up com port 12 on windows firewall but that did not work.
