Posted - 02/09/2014 : 12:02:58 thanks ZLM. The problem is definitely due to not having the driver installed. I have tried multiple times to download it from the internet site as well as from the disc. Each time I try a new download I first remove the previous attempt through "uninstall". After I click "auto detect" it cycles through all the com ports then says failed to connect. |

Posted - 02/09/2014 : 11:15:18 It seems you did not install the USB driver.
Try to installed the USB driver first, and then use software Auto Detect from the menu.
You can find the USB driver from the CD rom, OR down load it from the download page.
