valteraguiar	Posted - 01/20/2014 : 08:45:25 Hi, everyone! I have recently purchased a GMC-300e and installed Data Viewer version 2.07. All it shows is a warning "No data loaded". I have tried auto detect, with no luck. I know the counter is connected, since it is sending continuous data to the Radioactive@home Boinc project. Could someone help, please? Thanks, Valter.

ZLM	Posted - 01/21/2014 : 07:41:14 Check the driver if it is loaded correctly. See: http://www.gqelectronicsllc.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3796 The newer software is backward compatible with older software. So, if new software does not work, check the driver or smethign else.
