Hello. I have a few questions.

1. Where exactly is the location of the tube? I want to make sure my device is facing the object that I am measuring.

2. How long should I keep the device on the object I want to measure? Since it is in uSv/h then do I have to measure for one hour?

3. How would I go about calibrating this device?

I'm using this device for a science fair project. Thank you in advance.

1.The tube is located at the lower edge of the unit. It closes to the 4 keys.
2.For an accurate CPM reading, at least one minute needed.
3.By default, the device is calibrated to regular range measurement. You do not need to recalibrate agin unless the tube been changed.

You need a standard source to recalibrate it.
