The rate/number of spikes has been steadily increasing as well as the duration and magnitude until this morning (since 3am Monday 3 Dec 2013)I am seeing a cluster of spikes of 4000CPM++ lasting for over two hours.
Is there any known GMC 300E failure mechanism that would allow entirely normal readings most of the time with these spike clusters each typically lasting only 2 -5 minutes or so. They gradually subside quickly to normal readings but begin rather abruptly.
So far this is a very small rad dose if it is real. Have at least 200 hour so before any concern for health at all.
