When I select 'csv_Rev' file type in the FTP settings the file does not get uploaded. The ftp connection is made, but nothing goes up.

If you select csv_Rev file type from the FTP option, the FTP file name to server should be ended with _R.csv .

Check your FTP server directory. Also, try to use both Auto file name and User fixed file name.
